Ginger Biscuits

During Christmas i wanted to have a go at making some ginger biscuits, well actually I was aiming to make a gingerbread house but that totally failed and fell apart. watching the tutorial on you tube the lady said it so simple and  easy...It wasn't so easy and it if it fell apart. So I instantly gave up as I was running out of time and used the rest of the ginger dough to make cookies. So it all turned out great, and the biscuits tasted Great after all. I looked at various different recipes for the the ginger dough on the Internet and combined them to make the recipe a bit more simple. This is what I used and how I did it :
Ingredients
6 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
250g unsalted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 tsp ground ginger
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ½ cup molasses
Guide
Mix all ingredients together very thoroughly. Put it in a bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in the fridge for an hour.  Take out the dough from the fridge after an hour and roll the dough out flat. Using Cookie cutters cut out shapes from the dough. After cutting it into the shapes you need to put it onto a tray with greaseproof paper over it. Then put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Unfortunatly I dont have a picture of the cookies, they finished before i could even take a picture. But it did come out great. 1 point i have to make is that the buscuits may need a few more minutes longer in the oven because i found them a little too soft.
